The most valuable female personal brands 2026: who leads the “Forbes Women” ranking?

This is the seventh edition of the ranking “100 Most Valuable Women's Personal Brands”, prepared by “Forbes Women” in cooperation with the Institute of Media Monitoring (IMM). Every year the list arouses great interest and is important from the point of view of image building and marketing. Moreover, the ranking itself generates additional media value: it becomes the subject of publications, comments and events, creating around itself a peculiar ecosystem of promotions of celebrities and their personal brands. While ranking can be an important benchmark in analyzing the value of a personal brand, it is not a complete reflection of all the value that could be attributed to a person. So it is worth asking the question: what methodology is used to measure the “star value” and do we need additional data and indicators to get a complete picture? However, before we delve into methodological issues, let's take a look at this year's ranking winners. TOP 10 women's personal brands this year The undisputed star of the ranking for years is the sportswoman Iga Świtek. The world-famous tennis player, with spectacular sporting successes, is also the face of brands such as Lancôme, OSHEE or PZU. The recognition she gained thanks to her performances in the largest tennis tournaments, translated into numerous advertising contracts and the opportunity to participate in the most important and interesting events - not only sports ones. In this year's ranking, her brand was valued at more than PLN 1.5 billion, which gives it a huge advantage over the other participants of the list. Iga Świętek is not the only tennis player who has once again found herself at the forefront. Magda Linette was able to boast 3rd place in 2023, while in this year's edition she took 10th place. Another personality of the world of sports is Anna Lewandowska - coach and multiple medalist of the world, European and Polish championships in traditional karate, also known to a wide audience thanks to her marriage to footballer Robert Lewandowski. She also regularly appears at the top of the Forbes Women ranking, consistently developing her own personal brand and business activity. The presence of such stars as Magda Gessler or Maryla Rodowicz is also not a surprise. They are undisputed personalities linked to television, music and the world of media for decades. Their position does not weaken and on the contrary, the next generations of recipients will get to know them through new formats and social media. Both have been permanently inscribed in the history of Polish show business, and at the same time remain active and recognizable figures of contemporary popular culture. Who is this year's surprise? Justyna Steczkowska certainly draws attention. Although the artist has already appeared in the ranking of “Forbes Women”, this year she took as much as 2nd place. Her high position may have been influenced, among others, by recent performances related to Eurovision, thanks to which Steczkowska was once again in the center of media interest and could reach a wider audience, including European ones. Increased media exposure is not irrelevant to the value calculated in the ranking and the interest of potential advertisers. As for the debuts, in 2026 Agata Turkot draws attention. Her first appearance in the standings immediately brought a very good result - 34th place. Although it is outside the TOP 10, it is an impressive debut, especially since the value of its brand according to the ranking amounted to more than PLN 88 million. The top ten also included FC Barcelona Femení footballer Ewa Pajor, director Agnieszka Holland, actress and singer Julia Wieniawa and singer Dorota Rabczewska, known as Doda TOP 10 Most Valuable Women's Personal Brands 2026

The “100 Most Valuable Women's Personal Brands” ranking is created in cooperation with “Forbes Women” and the Institute of Media Monitoring (IMM). The basis of the compilation is the analysis of the presence of the heroines of the ranking in the media, and their value is calculated, among others, on the basis of advertising equivalent (AVE). In simple terms, this means an estimate of how much you would have to pay for advertising corresponding to the media exposure obtained. The greater and more valuable a person's presence in the media, the higher his position in the ranking. However, it is worth remembering that this result is not a literal financial valuation of a personal brand, but primarily an attempt to determine the value of its media visibility. The Forbes ranking - although extremely (in itself) PR and valuable, from the point of view of self-promotion, is therefore not a complete financial assessment of the star brand. However, it certainly shows how important today, from the point of view of celebrity earnings, advertising and contracts are in actually how much reach and recognition are needed to win such cooperation. The example of Doda shows us that despite court rulings and a rather tarnished reputation, you can simultaneously (e.g. with the help of charity washing, which we wrote about you.) still maintain their image by maintaining their star status.
