COMPETITION RULES
"Win an iPhone 15"

§1
Competition Name
The competition is organized under the name "Win an iPhone 15" (hereinafter: "the competition").

§2
Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Jobs Door Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, 03-840, at ul. Grochowska 306/308, registered in the register of entrepreneurs under the number KRS 0000849600, NIP 1133016756, REGON 386530345.

§3
Competition Area
The competition is organized in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

§4
Competition Duration
The competition starts on April 17, 2024, and lasts until the announcement of the results of the final draw, which will take place within a year from the start of the competition. The first draw is scheduled for July 15, 2024, and subsequent draw dates will be announced by the Organizer.

§5
Purpose of the Competition

1. The purpose of the competition is to increase the brand awareness of Jobs Door and to acquire new users for the Jobs Door Sp. z o.o. portal https://jobsdoor.eu
2. The competition is promotional in nature and is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Act of November 19, 2009, on gambling (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2007).

§6
Participants

1. Participation in the "Win an iPhone 15" competition is voluntary and possible only for individuals who simultaneously meet all the following conditions:
   1. They are natural persons who are 18 years or older on the day of entering the competition.
   2. They have checked all the required consents and declarations necessary to create an account on the Jobs Door portal.
2. By checking the required consents and declarations and entering the competition, the participant confirms that they have read and accept the content of these "Win an iPhone 15" competition rules and declare that they meet all the conditions entitling them to participate in the competition.

§ 7
Conditions for participating in the contest

1. To participate in the contest, the following conditions must be met:
1. Create an account on the website https://jobsdoor.eu, on the Jobs Door portal;
2. Confirm the registration process via an activation link sent to the email address provided during registration;
3. Complete your profile to at least 50%. Completing your profile means filling in the fields in "My Profile", including name, surname, phone number, email address, work preferences, skills, and professional experience.The percentage of profile completion will be automatically visible during the filling process. Participants will be continuously informed about the current stage of their profile completion.
4. Participants can edit their profile and thereby increase their percentage score until the day before the designated draw date.
2. Only fulfilling all the conditions specified in § 7, point 1 (4 sub-points) guarantees participation in the "Win an iPhone15" contest.
3. Participants who have created an account can increase their chances of winning by sharing a unique link received after account creation. The link can be shared with friends, family, etc. The invited person must create an account on Jobs Door through the link https://jobsdoor.eu and confirm the registration.
4. The more people invited, who create an account and confirm their registration, the greater the chances of winning for the inviting Participant.
5. Participants who have created an account through another person's invitation will also participate in the contest after fulfilling all the conditions from § 7, point 1 (4 sub-points).
6. Participants guarantee that the information provided by them on the Website during registration or at a later date is true, valid, correct, and complete. Participants are obligated to update the provided data in case of any changes.
7. Participants cannot delete their account or remove their data before the draw date. If a Participant violates the provisions of this point, the Organizer has the right to exclude the Participant from the contest.
8. Only editing/updating the data in the profile is allowed.
9. Participation in the contest is voluntary. Providing data (including personal data) is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the contest.

§8
Prize

1. The prizes in the competition are a total of 6 iPhone 15 smartphones.
2. The prize draws will take place approximately every 2 months, with the first draw scheduled for July 15, 2024. Subsequent draw dates will be announced by the Organizer in advance.

§9
Draw Rules, Location, and Date

1. The draw will take place on July 15, 2024 at the Organizer's headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Grochowska 306/308.
2. The draw will be conducted in the presence of the Draw Commission appointed by the Organizer.
3. The winner will be drawn from all participants who have met the conditions specified in § 7.
4. The winner will be informed about the win within 2 business days from the day after the draw as follows:
   
   1. by email to the winner's email address provided during account creation on the Website. The message will be sent from the email address [email protected];
   2. by phone - the Organizer will also attempt to notify the winner by phone if they provided a phone number in their "My Profile". The Organizer will make a total of 3 attempts to contact the winner by phone within one business day, each attempt consisting of at least 5 continuous rings (not indicating a busy line). A failed phone contact attempt is understood as not answering the call for at least 5 continuous rings, voicemail activation, or inability to connect with the phone user.
5. In the event of being unable to contact the winner within 7 days from the draw date, i.e., no response to the email / no phone contact, the Organizer reserves the right to draw another winner. The new draw will be conducted according to the same rules as § 9.

§10
Prize Collection Place and Date

1. Prize collection method:
• The winner can collect the prize in person at the Organizer's headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Grochowska 306/308 at a date agreed with the Organizer.
• The Organizer can also send the prize by courier to the address provided by the winner. The shipping costs are covered by the Organizer.
2. Prize collection:
• In case of personal collection, the winner must present an ID card.
• If the prize is sent by courier, the winner must sign a receipt protocol.
3. The prize is sent once.
4. Uncollected prize:
• If the prize is not collected within 7 business days from the day of notification of its availability, the winner loses the right to the prize. In this case, a new draw is conducted according to the rules of § 9 at a new date set by the Organizer.

§11
Participants' Eligibility for Draws

1. In the case of subsequent prize draws in the "Win an iPhone 15" competition, all persons who are registered users of the Jobs Door portal and who have met all the required participation conditions specified in § 7, point 1 (detailed in six subpoints) of these rules are eligible.
2. The date of account creation on the Jobs Door portal does not affect the possibility of participating in the next prize draws.

§12
Final Provisions

1. The provisions of these rules are subject to Polish law.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules during the competition. Information about any changes will be posted on the competition's website at https://jobsdoor.eu.
3. Any disputes related to the interpretation or application of these rules will be resolved by the competent court in Warsaw.
4. The rules are available on the competition website and at the Organizer's headquarters.
