For our Client – a leader in food industry we are recruiting for the job position: Order picker Location: m. Wojkowice, województwo dolnośląskie Requirements: •men under 35 years old, •experience is not required, •good knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian or Russian language. Work in a shift system: ➢Sunday – Thursday: 05:00 - 15:00, 15:00 - 01:00; 10-hour shifts, ➢Friday – Saturday: 06:00 - 18:00; 12-hour shifts, • The warehouse operates seven days a week. Accommodation Costs: •400 PLN for 200 hours worked, •500 PLN for 150 hours worked. Wages: •35 PLN gross/hour •Students up to 26 years old: 35 PLN net/hour •Employees over 26 years old: 25.26 - 28.26 PLN net/hour •Net salary for 200 hours worked with accommodation: 4652 PLN - 5,252 NET PLN Additional Benefits: •Work clothes provided by the employer (helmet, shirts, safety shoes, gloves), •Transport from company-provided accommodation to the workplace, •Medical permit covered by the employer, •TRC (Temporary Residence Card), •Co-financing for the MULTISPORT card, • Bonus system for recommending an employee up to PLN 5,000 gross.
